Located at Western Avenue and 16th street, between Pilsen and Chinatown, this abundant and flexible production space offers the perfect blank slate for your next shoot or event. The space contains a plenitude of electrical outlets, a freight elevator large enough for a compact car, loading dock access, and all hours availability. Overhead fans and gas heat keep the space at a desired temperature throughout the year, and window light can be natural and robust or covered and controlled. Parking is available in the South lot, and the space is easily accessible by the CTA elevated train, a mere two blocks from the Pink Line’s Western-Cermak stop, and is also located near Metra‘s Western Avenue & 18th Place station on the BNSF Railway Line.
