Don Thacker
Director, Writer, Co-Owner

Don Thacker is a Detroit native and Los Angeles-based award-winning filmmaker known for inventive, genre-bending storytelling.
​
His debut feature, Motivational Growth, became a cult hit. Winning 28 festival awards including, Best Director and Best Screenplay, Motivational Growth holds the distinction of being the first narrative feature released on Valve’s Steam digital distribution platform.
​
Since 2011, Thacker has bridged the worlds of live action and video games, directing and producing over 100 works of commercial, promotional, and in-game media for partners such as Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Amazon, and Adult Swim.
​
As the writer/director of record for Devolver Digital, he created the fan-favorite BIG FANCY PRESS CONFERENCE series, expanding the Devolver Digital Cinematic Universe.
​
His most recent project is the DC animated series,
DC: Heroes United.
​
His credits also include directing Facebook Watch’s Rival Speak, serving as a recurring Unreal Engine Cinematic Director for Genvid Entertainment, and earning an Emmy and two Webby Awards for 2024's for Silent Hill: Ascension.

With a distinctive voice, cult credibility, and a proven ability to make bold, high-concept stories feel larger than their budgets, Thacker continues to push the boundaries of independent filmmaking.

Aili is a Los Angeles born-and-raised film producer. With a rich background in integrated media, they bring a blend of creativity and precision to every project they undertake.
Joining the Imagos Team in 2019, Aili swiftly established themselves as a driving force, fueled by a fervent dedication to film production and an uncanny knack for meeting deadlines and managing budgets (but, spreadsheets are their true passion).
Their portfolio is comprised of successful collaborations with clients such as Nintendo, Microsoft, and Devolver Digital, as well as numerous Food & Beverage brands including Halo Top, Health Ade, and Once Upon a Farm.
